What to include
Include:
- Your operating system and browser.
- The game/save version shown after upload.
- The exact action you took and the message you saw.
- Whether the original file still loads in Silksong.
Start with the filename, version, and relevant field names. Please do not attach userX.dat or a complete decoded save in your first message.
Privacy boundary
Email is private, but save files can still contain game-state data. Start with the exact error message and the smallest set of field names needed to reproduce it. If a sanitized test save becomes necessary, agree on what to share first.
